Using advertising techniques reminiscent of post-release Apple products, Google crafted a set of YouTube videos touting the Nexus One Mobile smart phone.  These videos are exceptionally well done, and are quite convincing.
After a week engagement with an HTC  myTouch (Android OS 1.6), I would have been a little hesitant to even try another Android phone.  [...]
