(2:52pm) Jay Street is under construction.  I feel like I work at Home Depot… and it doesn’t bother me.

A little more crowded now, but you should see it at 5-6.

Ahhh, new tile. Now I feel like I am in a shower. Where is my rubber ducky?

(2:54pm) On the A train back uptown.

Pan handlers are on almost every train I ride on. And then the Mexican guitar players came on:

It was the “last stop” for the entire ride from Jay Street all the way to 175th. So, we beat it.

(3:41pm) Arrived at 175th/ GWB.  More speckled floor.

This sax player is always at the GWB.  I don’t understand why, but he is.  He’s actually pretty good.  He must really enjoy it, or make good money.  The guitar player is there sometimes, but he sings the same song over and over again (at least it seems).

the looooong walk up from the subway terminal.

Going to the Spanish buses (vans, really).  Called this because the drivers seem to only speak Spanish, at least only to the people they are on the phone with the entire time driving the van, and the radios are always on a Spanish station.  The other facinating design of the GWB, the vans go in and out of the building in the complete wrong direction.  They have to circle around the building every time they enter and exit the place.  How stupid.

Getting on the bus, er, van, thing. $2.50 to Teaneck.

Views to the Right.

Views to the Left.

$2.50, and a second Spanish song!  Can’t beat it.

Crossing over Rt.4 to walk back home.

(3:54pm) Back home.
